Return and Exchange Policy

**Returns:**

• Eligibility for Refund: You have 5 business days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• Condition of Returned Items:Items showing signs of use, wear, or washing will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be denied if the item does not meet these conditions.

• Return Process:*To initiate a return, please contact us knfcustomservice@keepnfaith.com. After 5 business days, items cannot be returned for a full refund.

**Exchanges:**

• Eligibility for Exchange: You may exchange an item for a different size if it is in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• Condition of Exchanged Items:Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use will not be eligible for an exchange. Such items will be returned to you, and the exchange will be denied.

• Exchange Process:To request an exchange, please email us at knfcustomservice@keepnfaith.com. 

**Note:**All returns and exchanges are subject to our approval. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
